Nina Solá is an Associate at Butterfly on Butterfly’s Portfolio Operations Team. She is responsible for supporting Butterfly portfolio company management teams in the identification, design, and delivery of long-term value creation.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Nina worked as an Investment Associate at Hellman & Friedman, where she focused on healthcare & business services transactions. Earlier in her career, Nina worked in McKinsey & Co’s Agriculture practice, where she delivered a range of operational and strategic projects for corporate and private equity clients, and served as Chief of Staff to a tilapia farm in Kenya.
She has experience in growth strategy, transformations, and due diligence. Nina graduated Magna Cum Laude from Princeton University with a degree in Public & International Affairs and a minor in Slavic Languages & Cultures. She received IRA All-Academic recognition for athletic & academic achievement on Princeton’s Varsity Crew team.
