Zachary Bayliff is a Vice President at Butterfly and is responsible for all aspects of private equity investments, including due diligence, transaction execution, and investment monitoring.
Prior to joining Butterfly, Mr. Bayliff worked at Aurora Capital Partners where he was an investment team member on several transactions in the Business Services, Industrial, and Technology sectors. Previously, Mr. Bayliff was an Analyst at Perella Weinberg Partners where he was involved in a variety of M&A and restructuring transactions. Mr. Bayliff graduated from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurship and a minor in Spanish.
